a trip for yourself, family or group. Just book your flight,

you. Expect us to do all the footwork, gather all the information
you’ll need, and compile your complete pre-trip package.

- Deposit, $100 non-refundable research & proposal
development fee. This payment will be applied toward
your trip and deducted from the Full Service fee.
- Rush fee: Reservations received less than 4 weeks
prior to departure are considered rush bookings and
an additional $50 rush fee may apply.
We recommend booking with sufficient time
for planning, and to increase the chances of fulfilling
your special requests.
2 Ways to Do It, select your own programs
via our website or let us help…
- You can browse through our listings and select programs
you’d like us to coordinate. Then, just complete
the Reservation Form.
- If you’d like help, just complete and submit
an eduVacation Questionnaire.
We will review your profile to determine if we can pull
a trip together that will meet your requirements. Then
we follow up with a call or email. If we believe we
can coordinate an appropriate eduVacation for you, then
you’ll be asked to pay our $100 non-refundable
Deposit (it can be applied toward your balance due)
via credit card or check in US dollars. And we’ll
get to work preparing a proposal for you, outlining
your options and prices.
