Programs: Professional Semester, Year-long Programs,
& Summer Workshops |
| From late August to mid-December,
from late January to mid-May, and during summer
semesters experience the most unique educational
experience in a “Total Food Environment”.
These programs are not for Professionals but for
students who are beginning or continuing their education
in the food industry. Choose one of the following
special programs per semester, taught in English:
Culinary Arts (beginning to advanced levels), Master
in Italian Cuisine, Wine Expertise, Hospitality
Management, Food Communications, Italian Baking
and Pastry, Food Packaging and Design (Design &
Marketing for the Food Industry), Art Production
for the Food Industry. Each program includes 5 classes
of 3-credit hours each plus 10 hours per week of
non-paid internships in local restaurants, wineries,
etc. For a Master’s in Italian Cuisine, spend
a full year enrolled in courses. Transferable credits
can be arranged for American students.
