Enjoy Siena’s beautifully preserved
medieval character, traditions and artistic treasures.
Study Italian in a 17th-century palazzo with magnificent
frescoes, by the Lizza gardens, and in the 13th-century
Cloister of San Domenico, an inspirational setting
for the study of Italian language, art and culture.
As a city of contrasts, you’ll
find calm and tranquility in the hidden back streets
as well as the hectic Palio preparations, race and
celebrations which go on in the main squares for over
half a year. Siena is a small city but has a large
student population (of both Italians and foreigners),
meaning that there are plenty of places to go and
things to do in your free time - from bars and clubs
to restaurants and pizzerias; from theatres and cinemas
to museums and art galleries.

What People are Saying
“We liked the school very much.
We found the people who work in the office very competent
and friendly, while the director of studies and various
teachers we had were all efficient and kind. The atmosphere,
especially in the Cloister of San Domenico, was lovely
and we really enjoyed staying in the city of Siena. Our
best wishes to the school and all its staff.”
