wines from the most famous Italian regions: Tuscany,
Piemonte, Sicily, Friuli and Venetia. Learn to recognize
qualities and characteristics of different varieties
of wine, and different production techniques of
the most celebrated D.O.C. wines. Meet with a wine
expert to learn about combining wines with different
dishes. Visit Venetian wine cellars. the course
